Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a production driven environment
  • Must be comfortable navigating between multiple computer screens and systems
  • Call Center, Sales or Customer Service experience a plus
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound phone calls from client’s customers inquiring about products and answer any questions they may have.
  • Educate customers on additional products they may not be aware of.
  • Treat customers with respect, listen to the customer, and identify the best products to fit their needs.
  • Performance is based on daily call volume/effective resolution compared to assigned monthly goals.
